Introducing ACW Coatings ACW Coatings is a range of specially engineered multifunctional rust and corrosion inhibitors which protect structures and machinery from the planets harsh environments. Without some form of defence the corrosive power of the weather and the extreme conditions on land and sea will always win out over man made metals. This is why you need to use protective coatings you can rely on. Product Range There are four Anti Corrosion Wax (ACW) coatings in the range each consisting of a special blend of waxes, oils and greases chemically formulated for its specific application. All the grades are compatible with all metal surfaces including: panelling, framework, steel and iron work, bolts, chains, cabling, wire rope, mechanical mechanisms etc catering for ships, oil rigs, bridges, walkways, buildings, pylons, heavy duty machinery, pilings, piers, theme parks, locks and various other industrial applications. ACW Grade I™ ACW Grade I provides 1 to 3 years corrosion protection and is ideal for regularly inspected or safety critical mechanisms or surfaces that experience little to zero contact with other surfaces. ACW Grade II™ ACW Grade II provides protection for up to 12 years on surfaces experiencing little to zero contact with other surfaces. ACW Grade III™ ACW Grade III is suitable for low impact/abrasion and long term protection or mothballing for up to 50 years. ACW Grade IV™ ACW Grade IV is suitable for surfaces experiencing medium to high impact/abrasion over extended periods. (Under development - TBA)
